Kalpanatit Javon Broderick, owner and Founder of Peaceful Training, is one of todays for-most experts in the art of integrating mindfulness and meditation with strength and cardiovascular exercise.

Coach Kal was introduced to meditation and sports at age 4 and has been practicing and playing ever since. He competed as a professional mid distance runner from 2003 until 2010 and used his mindfulness and meditation practices to remain focused and centered his entire career.

Implementing his Peaceful Training philosophy, Coach Kal has been coaching individuals and group since 2010.

Coach Ana

Ana Puzycki is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Seattle, Washington. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Dance Performance and a BA in Psychology in 2017.

Coach Ana’s Personal Training philosophy is grounded in the Mind-Body connection. She is a trauma-informed trainer, who looks at each client through a holistic lens. Believing that all bodies move differently, she combines her dance background, traditional strength training, yoga, and pilates principles in order to find a movement regimen that works for each client.

She has been working under the Peaceful Training model since early 2019, and has witnessed the integration of mindfulness and movement help her clients meet their individual goals while finding agency in the process.


Coach Kylie

Kylie Soder is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the International Sports Science Association. She moved to Seattle in 2011 to attend Cornish College of the Arts and received her BFA in Theater in 2014.

Coach Kylie has been working with individuals across the Puget Sound area since 2019, and coaches with longevity in mind. Focusing on maintaining lifelong fitness is a cornerstone in Kylie's philosophy. From Shakespeare to Clowning, Kylie's theater background gives her experience in training posture, balance, physical endurance, and body awareness. 

Through the mind-body connection, Coach Kylie guides individuals through visualization techniques that help clients manifest both short-term gains and lifetime goals.


Coach Anna G.

Anna Galperin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and Les Mills Certified Body Combat Instructor. Anna graduated with a PhD in Chemistry from Israel in 2006 and came to Seattle to do her postdoctoral work at University of Washington in 2008. Anna immediately fell in love with Seattle and has been living here with her family since then, working in Seattle’s biotech.

Anna’s personal fitness journey began in her late 30s. She discovered a tremendous impact of balanced cardiovascular and resistance training on one’s health, both physical and mental. Along the way Anna also learned about the importance of nutrition that goes hand in hand with the exercise. Now, ten years later, Anna is eager to share her personal experience and help others to overcome obstacles to achieve their fitness goals. As a full-time working parent in a demanding industry, Anna fully understands the difficulty of integrating workouts in the everyday routine of a busy life, and she is here to help to navigate through the challenges.

Coach Anna carefully tailors training to guide clients toward their goals based on their specific needs and abilities. Anna believes that mental balance is an invaluable benefit of exercising, and that physical and mental health are strongly coupled and equally important to one’s overall wellbeing.


 

Coach Mandy

Coach Mandy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Heart Zones Master Trainer who was introduced to meditation and a myriad of physical activity opportunities in her childhood, she has remained curious about exploring new ways to keep movement and mindfulness fresh.

She played Division One Field Hockey at American University, then completed over a dozen triathlons, which led to her being recruited as a Swim Angel for the national Danskin Triathon Series, and Coaching a successful first timers triathlon group. She has also summited Mount Baker and Mount Adams.

Mandy lights up when she can help others experience the powerful benefits of mindfulness and the invigoration of positive energy from the right type of physical activity for each person.

Her approach is meeting you where you are, listening to where you want to be, then infusing well-being tips into your workouts that help you find more joy in the journey to live a vibrant life.
