The Peaceful Training Nutrition Package
Jeani offers one-one-one nutrition coaching sessions. Your journey usually starts with a 1 hr long nutrition assessment where you talk through all of your current diet and lifestyle habits and leave with a specific, actionable plan, including recipes, foods, supplements and practical tips. You then follow up every 2 weeks to keep you accountable and add in more strategic goals. We've created a special combined package for folks looking to take their health journey to the next level by combining the power of plant-forward nutrition with mindful fitness. For an additional $299 the first month and $249 the following months, you'll get to meet with Jeani 2 times a month and get the following:
